Lafeyette Locomotive Reporting Procedure
If you are experiencing, suspect, or witness bullying, harassment, or discrimination within the Lafayette Locomotive association please follow the procedure below to report:
1. Document the incident in a written pdf. Use as many relevant details as possible including names, ages, teams, etc.
2. Email your document to [email protected] (Youth Hockey Director) and/or [email protected] (SafeSport Coordinator).
- If you do not feel comfortable reaching out to either resource, please file with SafeSport.
3. The grievance will be reviewed by the appropriate parties, and you will be contacted with further questions and a resolution plan within 48 hours.
