We offer a wide variety of exercise programs for active older adults. Offerings include the SilverSneakers Fitness Program as well as popular classes for older adults such as Moving for Better Balance and Chair Stretching.

CARDIO & STRENGTH

Join us for one of our heart-pumping, endurance-building group fitness classes, and push yourself and your fitness to a whole new level.

CYCLING

Whether you are new to the saddle seat or you’re a seasoned cyclist, the Y offers cycling-centric classes that will get your heart rate revving and your feet pedaling.

DANCE

Sassy beats, bumping music, powerful movements and charismatic instructors make the Y’s dance-style classes fun, energetic and rhythmic experiences that get you shaking your hips and moving your feet.

ICE FITNESS

Swap your sneakers for skates and cool down your workout on the ice. Our ice fitness classes offer athletes a strength and cardio workout that also improves skating skill.

KARATE

In our Shotokan Karate program, a traditional form of Japanese karate, people of all ages can increase physical fitness, coordination, confidence, discipline, concentration and knowledge of self-defense skills.

ON-DEMAND

Take classes with your favorite instructors on your time. These recorded classes are available for all membership types.

PILATES REFORMER AND MAT

Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates provide participants with strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. Classes are available for beginner to advanced students.

WATER FITNESS

Take your workout to the pool! Water exercise is a wonderful way to modify your strength training and endurance workouts — without the impact of land.

YOGA, STRETCH & BALANCE
