Snow Sports Training 

Pre-season preparation, building strength endurance and coordination, is the best way to ensure you have fun on the slopes! This class will meet twice a week for six weeks and trains all the muscle groups needed for a successful season on the mountain. We will focus on core and lower body muscles, (quads, hamstrings, glutes) while aiming to improve your mobility and balance. Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

(no class Thanksgiving)  

Time: 12pm-1pm 

Ages: 18+
