Loveland Preschool Open House
You are invited to visit YMCA Inspire Preschool at the Loveland Y — and learn more about how we uplift local families. We are hosting open houses in August, and you are welcome to take a tour, explore classrooms, meet our teachers and learn about our curriculum, philosophies, policies and daily routines. See Dates and Times on our Events Page
At YMCA Inspire Preschool, we know that children learn best through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Our talented teachers deliver daily lessons that allow for exploration and individualized learning opportunities for every child. By supporting your child’s academic, social and emotional well-being, they will be set up for a lifetime of learning success.
For ages 3 to 6 and toilet trained.
Located inside the new Loveland YMCA (formerly Mary Blair Elementary, we are uniquely equipped to provide our students with an amazing assortment of indoor and outdoor play opportunities. Along with our beautiful new classrooms and playground, our students will have the opportunity to use our indoor gym space and our surrounding walking paths. Plus, all preschool families receive a free family membership to the Y. That includes access to our fitness centers, pools, gyms and more. With the membership, you also receive discounts on sports and aquatics programs, including swim lessons for use at all YMCA of Northern Colorado locations.
Contact the Business Office after you have enrolled in preschool to apply for your free membership. Please note, when you re-enroll for preschool for a new school year, you will need to reapply for your membership.
The Curriculum
Inspire Preschool utilizes Creative Curriculum, a developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum used throughout the state of Colorado. The research-based lessons are designed to build on each child’s strengths and interests while encouraging positive teacher/child interactions. The classroom environment and daily schedule are carefully designed to enhance the curriculum as well. We also use Teaching Strategies GOLD for progress monitoring and kindergarten readiness assessment.
Registration Fee
There is an annual $100 non-refundable registration fee per child. Our registration system will not allow you to enroll until you’ve paid this fee. The registration fee is a requirement for all UPK enrollment and is the parent’s responsibility. The registration fee is good for the school year. Registration fees are waived for all families using authorized CCAP.
