Cycle - 20/20/20

This class combines an efficient 20 minute cycling format guaranteed to bring you into your training zone, then you move onto a combination of strength and high-intensity drills - finish with a core exercises and a stretch that complements your efforts. You will feel great after this workout!!

Cycle 

When the going gets tough, the tough keep going with indoor cycling classes! These classes provide joint friendly intense cardio training along with excellent lower body conditioning. Sprint, climb and roll through hills as you maximize your fitness journey!

Cycle Core Fusion 

45-minutes indoor cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Followed by 15-minutes for core. 

Cycle Express
